1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver across all governorates in Egypt.

  • For international shipping, please contact us directly via WhatsApp before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

  • Custom-made items may require additional preparation time (up to 5–7 business days).

3. Shipping Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Other governorates: 2–5 business days

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available during promotions or for orders above a certain value (e.g., 1000 EGP).

5. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If unreachable, the order may be returned to us and additional shipping charges may apply for resending.

6. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us via WhatsApp.
