All products are eligible for refund, except custom-made items, which are refundable with a 10% deduction from the total price.

2. Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

3. Return Conditions

To receive a refund:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • We provide a free return shipping label for all eligible refunds.

4. Refund Method

Customers may choose:

  • A full refund to the original payment method, or

  • Store credit to be used on future purchases.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
To process your request, please send photos or videos showing the issue.

6. Non-Refundable Items

All items are refundable. Only custom-made products are subject to a 10% deduction.
